Governance & Institutional Documentation
About This Page
Exanteon is designed as a governance infrastructure and observability ecosystem for legal entities, public institutions, and non-profit organisations. Governance is not an add-on; it is the architectural core of the platform.
This page provides institutional stakeholders with access to Exanteon’s governance framework, regulatory positioning, and compliance documentation. Certain documents are made available publicly for transparency. Detailed institutional documentation is available through the Exanteon Institutional Data Room and is accessible upon request, authentication, and execution of a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
Purpose of the Governance Framework
Exanteon provides contractual observability standards, behavioural governance metrics, and tokenised evidentiary tools to enable organisations to demonstrate measurable contractual integrity and governance behaviour ex ante. The governance framework ensures that Exanteon operates in compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and ethical requirements and that Members retain sovereignty over their governance data.
Exanteon’s governance framework is structured around the following pillars:
- –Legal and regulatory compliance (GDPR, data protection, commercial law)
- –Data governance and security by design
- –Ethical governance and proportional use of behavioural metrics
- –Transparency and accountability toward institutional stakeholders
- –Member data sovereignty and consent-based disclosure
Institutional Access and Data Room
The Exanteon Institutional Data Room is intended for banks, financial institutions, public administrations, academic institutions, auditors, regulators, and strategic partners conducting due diligence, procurement assessment, or regulatory review.
