Visitors are expected to use this website lawfully. Browsing publicly available information does not establish Exanteon membership, participation in a governance protocol or acceptance of contractual platform services. Membership, restricted platform functions and specific protocols are governed by separate agreements and acceptance procedures. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Visitors may access, read, share links to and make reasonable references to public information for legitimate informational, academic, professional and institutional evaluation purposes. Users must not gain unauthorised access, circumvent security, interfere with availability, misrepresent identity or use the website unlawfully. Membership Terms (Public Summary)

This summary does not replace binding Membership Terms, Protocol Terms or other contractual documentation. Participation is restricted to eligible legal entities operating in B2B, B2G and B2N relationships with a valid LEI. Natural persons acting privately or as consumers are not eligible. Onboarding requires acceptance of applicable terms and verification of the legal entity, representatives and authorised systems. Membership grants eligibility for infrastructure functions; protocol participation remains voluntary. Fees, renewals, cancellations and refunds follow applicable agreements. Members are responsible for declarations and legal obligations. Exanteon records and technically notarises attributable information but does not independently verify conduct, determine compliance or impose behavioural sanctions. Membership may be restricted, suspended or terminated for material breach, identity or authorisation failures, unlawful activity or significant security risks, subject to applicable procedures. Termination may affect future access without extinguishing existing obligations or lawful retention requirements.
