This website and the Exanteon platform are operated by SIA EBL Consulting, a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Latvia under registration number 50203595801. Exanteon is the name of the governance infrastructure operated by SIA EBL Consulting and does not constitute a separate legal entity. Exanteon provides independent infrastructure for voluntary ex-ante governance across institutional boundaries. Through configurable protocols, eligible legal entities may establish attributable prior commitments and preserve their subsequently reported evolution in persistent, timestamped and technically notarised, human- and machine-readable governance records. The infrastructure is intended for eligible Business-to-Business (B2B), Business-to-Government (B2G) and Business-to-Non-Profit (B2N) institutional relationships. Exanteon does not offer consumer services. Exanteon does not independently verify underlying declarations, certify institutional compliance, determine legal validity or admissibility, exercise supervisory authority or enforce contractual obligations. The scope, availability and conditions of particular services are governed by the applicable membership, protocol and other contractual arrangements.

SIA EBL Consulting may update, correct, modify or discontinue public website content and documentation, subject to applicable law. The availability, modification, suspension or termination of contractual services is governed by the relevant agreements and applicable legal requirements. Changes to website information do not, by themselves, amend existing membership agreements, protocol commitments or other contractual obligations. Where notice or consent is required by applicable agreements or law, the relevant procedures shall apply.

Accessing or browsing this public website does not, by itself, establish membership, participation in an Exanteon protocol or a contractual relationship for the provision of Exanteon services. The information presented on this website is provided for general institutional and informational purposes. It does not constitute legal, regulatory, financial or professional advice, or an offer of certification or accreditation. Any applicable website-use conditions remain distinct from the contractual arrangements governing membership, protocol participation and platform services. No fiduciary or professional advisory relationship is established solely through access to publicly available website information. SIA EBL Consulting is established in the Republic of Latvia. To the extent legally effective, this Legal Notice is governed by Latvian law, without prejudice to mandatory applicable laws or rules determining jurisdiction. Disputes relating to public website access or content shall be addressed before courts having jurisdiction under applicable law, unless the parties have separately entered into a valid agreement providing otherwise. Membership agreements, protocol agreements and other institutional contracts may establish their own governing law and dispute-resolution procedures, including arbitration where expressly agreed and legally permissible. This Legal Notice does not, by itself, constitute an arbitration agreement.
